SA BSD G8 KYORRA – NATURAL FLOWER FOOD COLORING VS ARTIFICIAL COLORING IN FOOD

In recent trends, people are seeking to consume more natural ingredients during pandemic to improve health. Taking in mind food regulation and also the use of unique colors to generate unique type of food, the goal of this project is to observe and attempt to apply natural flower coloring into food application, as well as understand how to extract and check the properties of natural flower coloring.
