Ever since the COVID-19 outbreak, many people have been confined in their the limits of their home to prevent further spreading of the virus. The global health crisis primarly restricts direct human contact, which goes against human nature. It can therefore be assumed that this particular health protocol has a direct impact on our mental health. We therefore aimed to explore this hypothesis through a survey research.
