SA L’AVENUE G10 RAMA & ERLANGGA – GRAPES FERMENTATION WITH 2 DIFFERENT TYPES OF YEAST

Fermentation is a preservation method that dates back 10 thousand years. It is a chemical process by which molecules such as glucose are broken down anaerobically. Louis Pasteur in the 19th century used the term fermentation in a narrow sense to describe the changes brought about by yeasts and other microorganisms growing in the absence of air. In this experiment, we aimed to understand how a type of yeast affects the alcohol level of grape juice.
