Ice cream is our favourite dessert. We recently learnt that making ice cream doesn’t necessarily require refrigeration of freezing. All we need are some basic ingredients such as salt, ice cream powder and a couple of other things. In my project, I wanted to investigate how long the icecream could be kept from melting.
