This year, I tested Newton’s third law of motion by using simple and easy to find materials around the home such as a used soda can. From my experiment, I learnt that the force the cannon exerts on the cannon ball accelerating out of the barrel is equal and opposite to the force the ball exerts on the cannon to recoil it backwards.
