The K2A students created a project on how to save the ocean when there is a water spill.
First, they created a model of the ocean with small toy sea creatures, plastic trees and sand. Second, they made an ocean spill output by mixing oil and water. Third, they made a filter using sponge, pebbles, sand and recycled plastic bottle. After, they tried to filter the water with oil using their water filter.
They discovered that some oil in the ocean cannot be filtered properly.
And were able to explain that they should not spill oil in the ocean because it can harm sea creatures, animals and humans like us.
